At GetFresh, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds for the following situations:
Damaged or defective products: If your product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately to initiate a refund.
Missing products: If any products are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.
Incorrect products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.
Unsatisfactory products: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a refund.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@getfresh.pk within the specified time-frame listed above. We may require proof of purchase and/or photos of the damaged or incorrect products to process your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exclusions
We do not offer refunds for the following situations:
Change of mind: If you decide that you no longer want the product after it has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund.
Delayed delivery: If your delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather conditions or traffic congestion), we cannot offer a refund.
Incorrect delivery address: If the delivery is made to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund.
Loss or damage due to customer negligence: If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's negligence (such as leaving it outside in extreme weather conditions), we cannot offer a refund.
